Please Note:

Personalized Items: We cannot offer a refund on personalized items (such as pet ID tags) unless they were delivered faulty.

Pet Food: We do not refund pet food that has been opened, even if it was sent by mistake and/or it is not the pet food you ordered.

Edible Products: Any returns concerning edible products must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise, our policy is not to accept returns.

Personal Hygiene Items: We do not accept returns of products that are considered personal hygiene items and/or are in direct contact with the body.

Returning Unwanted Items:

You may request to return unwanted items you no longer need up to 14 days from the purchase date, provided the product complies with the terms and conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

We require that items being returned are in their original and unused condition and in their unopened packaging.

To return an item, contact our Customer Service team via email at support@petsforall.com.cy or call us at +357-94059992 and explain why you wish to return the item.

We will arrange for the item to be collected from you. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 3 working days of collection), we will issue a refund for the value of the purchased item, provided it is in its original condition.

We cannot refund the original shipping cost, and we will also need to deduct the cost of collecting the item from the refund amount. The refund amount will be the purchase cost at the time of purchase.

Incorrect / Faulty / Damaged Items:

Occasionally, mistakes can happen, and you may receive incorrect items or parcels may get damaged by our couriers. Please report any incorrect and/or damaged items to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your items. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damaged items to assess your claim, and we will review your claim within 3 working days from the date of receipt. Once we review your claim and determine that the items delivered to you are incorrect, faulty, and/or damaged due to our error, we will arrange for the incorrect, faulty, and/or damaged item to be collected from you and then for a replacement order to be dispatched to you.
