Orders placed until 11 am are processed and dispatched by us on the same day (subject to availability). Orders placed after 11 am start being processed the next business day.

Pick-up from BOX NOW 24/7

Pick up whenever you want by choosing from one of the 80+ BOX NOW Lockers across the country, with the option for 24/7 collection!

Orders under 35 euros are charged a 5 euro fee, orders over 35 euros are shipped free of charge.

Steps

1. Choose BOX NOW as your shipping method when completing your order.
2. In the search, pick the BOX NOW Locker closest to you and complete your order.
3. Once your package is in the BOX NOW Locker you chose, you will receive a message with the 6-digit PIN code you will use to collect your package from the locker.

Note: Your order will stay in the locker for 48 hours with an option to extend for another 24 hours.

Shipping with Courier

Receive your order at home, the office, or from the available Akis Express stores near you! (1-5 Business Days)

Steps

1. Choose the Courier shipping you prefer when completing your order.
2. Once your order is dispatched by us, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package, so you can follow its journey.

Note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Orders sent to remote destinations may require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery in some cases.

Courier Delivery Time
Free Delivery: 1-5 business days from the day of dispatch.
Express Delivery: 1 business day from the day of dispatch.

Important Update: Our company is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, supplier or transport issues, governmental or legislative acts, strikes, etc.). However, we are obliged to inform you and deliver the order within an additional timeframe.
